Roberta Morris is the strategic mind behind Swell Marketing, bringing over 15 years of experience across luxury skincare, haircare, food, wellness and retail. Known for her sharp instinct for brand storytelling and commercial strategy, Roberta has led rebrands, product launches and multi-channel campaigns for some of the UK’s most respected beauty and lifestyle businesses.

Before launching Swell in 2017, Roberta worked across fintech, sport and consumer brands, gaining a rare mix of precision and agility that still defines her work today. She’s as comfortable in a brand workshop as she is on set for a product shoot or deep in performance data.
